Phase training of the EPS block :

- automatically control of density to expand,
- press training blocks with mobile walls,
- automatic weighing-dosing of granules from entering the media training,
- automatically control of the density of polystyrene block in training,
- technology of steam and dry vacuum, patent Nuova Idropress spa Italy.
The EPS polystyrene block is obtained thus :
- evenly distributed in terms of density;
- with uniform granules expanded, fully sintered and mechanical features high;
- humidity remanence is low and low internal tensions;
- violation of the weight block is +/- 0,5%;
